The RepairAPP is designed to help improve the customer experience, and the claims handling process. The first part is an innovative interactive customer app for the accident registration, reporting, picture taking, repair centre selection, and repair process updating.

The second part is the claim handling platform. All parties involved in the claim can upload, view and amend the data. Its universal solution makes it adaptable to any DMS.

DYNAMIC QE

The DYNAMIC QE platform is a management tool designed to help run a successful repair centre, by improving efficiency, workflow and standards.

From using the actual repair centre layout as a basis to assign the required equipment placement, and its ideal use, to being able to assign procedures and standards to maintain quality and efficiency, management are provided with an easy interface to assess and align the skill level and responsibilities of employees, training requirements, equipment and processes.

eGUIDANCE

With a wide combination of training materials, eModules and eClasses, the eGuidance platform is the place to learn new skills, supplement in person training, or simply take a refresher on repair techniques.
