Integrated Tacker:
Three Power Levels: Adjustable for various plastics, with three versions of tacks included.
Fusion Part:
Three Modes:
Internal Compressor: Pre-set and display temperature control and air volume. Achieves higher temperature at lower air volume, quickly reaching the plastic’s melting flow index (MFI) for ideal bonding.
External Air Connection: Connects to an external air source for increased air volume, speeding up the bonding process and aiding in plastic forming.
Nitrogen Add-On: Enables nitrogen welding, reducing smoke and producing cleaner welds.
THE TROLLEY
The trolley is designed to keep all tools and materials organized, featuring:
Three Drawers:
- Top Drawer: Stores the tacker and tacks and it also contains tools including a two-speed grinder for controlled heating during prep and finishing phases, and a wide vice for repairing bumper lashes.
- Second Drawer: Contains the Plastic Piercing set.
- Bottom Drawer: Holds the Dent Wheels
- Tool Holder: Located on the left side for convenient storage during repairs.
- Optional Nitrogen Bottle Holder: Can be attached to the back for added convenience.
